The Conscious Club's Helen Griffiths is hosting a weekly yoga class on Thursdays at 6pm! Come and join a vinyasa yoga class that promotes easier breathing, greater strength and more flexibility. Beginner friendly - All abilities are welcome.
BYO Yoga mat
Classes are Koha (pay what you can), with a recommended donation of $10.
It's important to us that our classes are inclusive and accessible to all. Anything you are able to contribute goes towards all the time and planning that goes into preparing a yoga class, plus part of your donation goes straight into the Conscious Club to help us keep running events and raising awareness around social and ethical issues.

If you’re already part of our neighbourhood-making journey: thankyou! Your ideas, enthusiasm and support help us all move SALT District forward. This is our first community meetup for the year. We'll build on all that great thinking from the hui we had in December, and start making our action plan.
If you’re just joining us: welcome! SALT District is led by a positive and proactive team of local volunteers called SALT Collective. We work together to make SALT more awesome for everyone. Keen to join? Anyone who loves our locality is welcome. Our kaupapa is supported by SALT Collective Charitable Trust.
Huge thanks to our awesome neighbours, the @nzmuseumoftoys for hosting this meetup! Cheers, Ruth & Alan!
